Reach HR 30–60 days before the layoff date.
WARN Act notices are filed 60 days before separation. Every Monday we deliver the freshest US filings with 100+ affected employees — companies that have just confirmed a layoff and need outplacement vendors now. Filterable by state, industry, and headcount.
Why WARN filings = outplacement pipeline
- Timing: The WARN Act requires notice 60 days before separation. That's your full sales cycle to pitch, contract, and onboard before the first termination meeting.
- Budget already exists: HR and legal have told the board the layoff is happening. Outplacement is a standard line item to reduce severance litigation risk and protect employer brand.
- No cold outreach: Every lead has a filed WARN notice with company name, address, estimated headcount, and often HR contact in the public filing itself.
- Competing on speed: Lee Hecht Harrison, Randstad RiseSmart, INTOO, Challenger Gray — they all want these companies. The first vendor to pitch with a customized package usually wins.

FAQ
How fresh are these leads? Our scrapers run daily across all 50 state WARN portals. Every Monday digest reflects filings from the prior 7 days. Same-day alerts available on the multi-state tier for 500+ employee filings.
Are leads exclusive? No. Multiple outplacement firms may subscribe to the same state feed. Winning the business is about speed, proposal quality, and existing relationships — the data just levels the playing field.
Do you include HR contact details? Only what's disclosed in the public WARN filing itself (many states require HR or union contact). We never scrape LinkedIn or resell PII. For deeper enrichment, Apollo.io integrates cleanly with our CSVs.
Can you filter by industry? Yes — subscribers can request NAICS filters (e.g. manufacturing only, healthcare only). Configured per subscription on request.
Is the WARN data complete? WARN Act applies to employers with 100+ employees and filings are mandatory. Some states (AR, WY, NH) don't publish. Our state coverage page details per-state filing cadence.
